All About The Cookies

Toward the end of every year, Phillip Barnett writes a threatening letter to Santa Claus, letting him know that his home is not the place to grab a cookie. He knows his game. Santa's out here convincing the world that he's bringing everyone gifts, knowing that adults are spending their hard-earned dollars to keep their families happy. And one night every year, he breaks into every single home and steals their cookies. 

 

The fat man isn't getting one over on Regular Barnett  -- but he does respect St. Nick's ability to create a brand so strong that people feel safe enough to consistently get robbed on the biggest heist of the year. 

And this is what I've worked to do for brands over the last 12 years. I'm not advocating for brands to rob the masses, but the work I do utilizes research, data and culture to establish trust between my clients and their consumers in authentic, fun and social-first ways.
